Nursery Nature Walks Planned

The Palisades-Malibu YMCA will sponsor a series of docent-led “nursery nature walks,” for parents and their infants, toddlers and pre-schoolers, this month at the following locations: Santa Ynez Canyon, 9 a.m. today, 9:30 a.m. Sept. 17 and 9 a.m. Sept. 24; Temescal Canyon, 9 a.m. Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. Sept. 21 and 5:30 p.m. Sept. 28; Charmlee Park, 10:30 a.m. Wednesday; Solstice Canyon, 9 a.m. Sept. 15 and 27; Ballona Wetlands, 9:30 a.m. Sept. 16 and 26; Will Rogers State Park, 5:30 p.m. Sept. 17 and 9 a.m. Sept. 25; Malibu Lagoon State Beach, 9:30 a.m. Sept. 19; and Red Rock Canyon, 9 a.m. Sept. 30.
