Burdick Out of Hospital

BETHESDA, Md. — Sen. Quentin N. Burdick (D-N.D.), was released from the hospital today after intestinal surgery and said he was eager to get back on the campaign trail. Burdick, 80, left Bethesda Naval Hospital after an operation Aug. 25 to remove part of his colon as a precaution against cancer.
