Unlocked Bank Robbed

PHILADELPHIA — Two men walked in through a bank’s open back door, found the vault unlocked and made off with a bag containing $24,000, police said. The robbery occurred Monday at Marian Bank, where construction work was being done. Police caught one of the suspects, but the one with the money got away.
