Topping Rites Held for Apartment Tower

Topping-out ceremonies have been held for the $45.1-million, 14-story Skyline Two apartment tower, bordered by 9th Street, Olympic Boulevard, Flower and Hope streets.
Completion is scheduled for April. A development of Forest City Properties Corp., Los Angeles, the apartment will contain 270 units, with rents projected to range from $700 to $1,600.
