‘Roger Rabbit,’ ‘Desire’ Deemed ‘Critics’ Choices’

“Who Framed Roger Rabbit” and “Wings of Desire” have been selected as the Los Angeles Film Critics Assn.’s “Critics’ Choice,” a new bimonthly movie recommendation made by the organization’s 36 members to draw public attention to motion pictures of “singular merit and particularly high standards of achievement.”
