Almost everyone wants to be a James Bond girl--including some men. Literally, bags of mail have been pouring into video cable channel VH-1 (MTV’s sister channel), which is sponsoring a “Bond girl search” with United Artists that ends tomorrow. Among the entrants: three men, a number of 12-year-olds, several women over 50, someone who identified herself as Donald Trump’s receptionist and a 6-year-old (her mother suggested Bond should have a daughter!).
Several more posed for photo submissions in the classic Bond gun-aiming pose; others were topless (“Nude people with terrible bodies,” said a UA source).
The winner gets a trip to Key West, Fla., for a walk-on role in “License Revoked,” starring Timothy Dalton, which has begun shooting in Mexico City.
