You’d think that people whose incomes and positions depend on preaching a literal interpretation of the Bible would be the last ones to attempt to abridge the First Amendment right of free expression!
“The Last Temptation of Christ” pretends to be nothing more than a story. Yet does it contain anything more far-fetched than virgins conceiving, folks rising from the dead, or a deluge covering the highest mountains on earth?
