Today I was enjoying your Roll Call article when I noticed both some obvious errors and glaring omissions (concerning) two arch-rival high schools: Newport Harbor and Corona del Mar. Kelly McGillis attended Corona del Mar High School. Here are some omissions of Newport Harbor High students: Terry Albritton, former world record holder in the shot put; Anthony Zerbe and Ted McGinley, both familiar faces on television; Steve Timmons, top Olympic volleyball player.
With a little research you will find that both schools have also turned out many world-class swimmers and water polo players.
