Californian Is Reagan Choice for Defense Post

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will nominate Milton L. Lohr, a Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., businessman, to the new post of deputy undersecretary of defense for acquisition, the White House announced Monday.
Lohr, 63, has been president of the Defense Research Corp. since 1983 and previously served as executive vice president of Flight Systems Inc.
