WASHINGTON — President Reagan will nominate Carol C. Adelman, a Washington consultant, to be assistant administrator of the Agency for International Development for Asia and the Near East, the White House announced Monday. Adelman, 41, has been vice president of the Consultative Group on Development. She would succeed Charles W. Greenleaf Jr.
