Julie Newcomb has joined Costain Homes, Newport Beach, as vice president of sales and marketing. She succeeds Roger Krause, who has left the development company. Newcomb joins Costain from J.M. Peters Co., where she was vice president of marketing. Previously, she was with Mobil Land Development Corp. and Akins Co. Costain Homes is a subsidiary of the Costain Group of Britain.
