Camarillo Clinches District 16 Crown
Camarillo clinched the American Legion District 16 title Saturday with a 9-8 win over Oxnard at Rio Mesa High.
Jon Swanson had three doubles, drove in a run scored three runs to lead Camarillo (23-4, 17-1 in district play). Juan Cuellar (three RBIs), Damon Dicus and Jeremy Sumrow each added two hits.
