Baskin-Robbins will bring freedom of choice to all ice cream-loving Muscovites with the opening today of a Baskin-Robbins store in the Rossia Hotel in Moscow. Pralines and Cream, Jamoca Almond Fudge, Rocky Road and 28 other flavors are competing with the only flavors formerly available in Moscow--chocolate and vanilla. Claiming the highest per-capita consumption of ice cream in the Soviet Union, Muscovites consume more than 200 tons--nearly 80,000 gallons--of ice cream each day.
