Sharing Blame for Smog

Why did you allow Harriett M. Wieder (chairman of the Orange County Board of Supervisors) to write an opinion regarding “Putting the Pollution Blame Where It Belongs--Behind Your Wheel?” What is the point? That cars pollute the majority of the citizens’ air? Geez, I could have sworn that she is trying to just let the people know that she is still alive.
Cars do pollute, and if she is trying to point out that cars are the major cause to our pollution, then she is saying nothing new.
If she can approve more housing in Orange County, then she can tack on the number of cars that will pollute the air.
