TORONTO — A man acquitted of killing his mother-in-law after he said he was sleepwalking was acquitted Thursday of trying to murder his father-in-law in the same incident.
An Ontario Supreme Court judge said the onus was on the Crown to prove that Kenneth Parks, 24, was conscious when he allegedly choked and stabbed Denis Woods in May, 1987.
