Here’s the lowdown on tickets for the Sept. 21 Los Angeles date for the “Human Rights Now!” tour being undertaken on behalf of Amnesty International. Ducats for the daylong show--featuring full sets from Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Sting, Peter Gabriel, Tracy Chapman, Senegalese musician Youssou N’Dour and unannounced local talent--will cost $35 (plus service charges, if any) and go on sale Monday at Music Plus, Ticketmaster and Ticketron outlets, plus the usual phone order numbers. Limit per person is six tickets. Priority wristbands for ticket purchases will be issued at 1 p.m. Sunday. The show starts at 2 p.m. on Sept. 21 at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.
