Twins’ Enrollment in Parenting Class
In regards to your article concerning the “King Twins” (Times, July 8), I am extremely offended by the behavior of Mr. and Mrs. King.
It seems to me if they were concerned about their children they should start considering each one’s individuality. Isn’t that the purpose of “Mommy & Me” classes: to enhance and encourage the interaction of a child with her parent? A child may be born a twin, but is it her destiny to hold her sibling’s hand forever?
Why not leave one child at home with Nanny and enjoy a little one-on-one time with the other?
On the other hand, if the thought of separation is too much for the Kings, why not take Nanny along to “Mommy & Me” and keep the kids from the “summertime fun” of the picket line?
