Inc. and Texas, New Mexico & Oklahoma Coaches Inc., to GLI Holding Co. of Dallas. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. GLI obtained an option to acquire the two regional lines in 1987 when it purchased Greyhound Lines Inc., the nationwide bus company, from Greyhound Corp.
