TEL AVIV — Defense Minister Yitzhak Rabin left Thursday for a weeklong visit to the United States during which he said he will present American officials with plans for the future of the Israeli-occupied lands.
Rabin said he will meet with President Reagan and other top U.S. officials but described his trip as a “regular visit.” Israeli officials did not disclose Rabin’s itinerary.
