An unidentified man was shot and fatally wounded during an argument in the 500 block of North Cleveland Street, Oceanside police reported Wednesday.
The man, who police said suffered a gunshot wound to the chest, was taken by Life Flight helicopter to Scripps Hospital-La Jolla, where he died.
The suspect was described by police as a 28-year-old man driving a stolen car. He was accompanied by a woman, police said.
