A 7-year-old boy was killed Wednesday when he rode his bicycle out of a driveway and collided with a car, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Jaoquin Fernando Garcia of Vista was declared dead at the scene shortly after the 5:15 p.m. accident on Osborne Street near Hutchinson Street.
The driver of the car was not cited, the CHP said.
