William B. (Bill) Williams, 40, has been appointed president and chief executive of San Francisco-based Bear Creek Corp. and senior vice president of its parent company, Shaklee Corp. Williams will join Bear Creek on July 1. Williams previously was senior vice president-marketing, advertising and mail order merchandising at Neiman-Marcus, Dallas. Bear Creek markets fruit, gourmet foods and plants.
