Frank D. Jacobs has been appointed to the new position of vice president and chief financial officer for Golden West Homes, a Santa Ana-based builder of manufactured housing. Jacobs has been with Golden West for more than 11 years, serving as assistant controller and then controller. Before joining Golden West, he was a senior staff accountant with Arthur Andersen for three years.
