1,800 Flee Chlorine Fumes

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — Fire broke out Friday at a plant where chlorine is stored, spreading fumes through the area and forcing the evacuation of 1,800 people, including children at three schools, officials said. There were no reports of serious injuries.
