Robert D. Perry has been appointed president of Irvine Soils Engineering, Irvine Geotechnical Consultants and Hydrotech Consultants, all subsidiaries of the Irvine Consulting Group. Perry, who was vice president and general manager, succeeds Neil H. Durkee Jr., chairman, who had been acting president.
