Harbor College Honors Guitarist Larry Carlton

Guitarist Larry Carlton has been selected as the recipient of the Amicus Collegii award, given each year to an outstanding graduate of Los Angeles Harbor College.

Carlton, who has been recovering from a gunshot wound received outside his home in April, graduated from Harbor College in 1968 as a music major. He will accept his award at commencement exercises today at the Wilmington campus.
