Matthew Beebe has been appointed to the new position of vice president of Newport Pacific Funding Corp.’s new homes division. He will work with developers in Orange and Riverside counties to establish on-site mortgage banking services for home buyers. Before joining Newport Beach-based Newport Pacific, Beebe had been a mortgage loan officer with Commercial Security Bank in Salt Lake City.
