Edwin L. Biggers, 52, and Arthur L. Zussman, 51, have been elected corporate vice presidents and appointed to the policy board at Hughes Aircraft Co., a subsidiary of GM Hughes Electronics. Both previously were group vice presidents and division managers in the company’s Missile Systems Group.
In addition, Robert J. Dankanyin, 53, a corporate vice president in the Missile Systems Group and a member of the policy board, has been assigned to the Space Communications Group in the new position of assistant group executive for subsidiaries.
And Gerald K. Slocum, 56, of the corporate office, has been appointed staff vice president for General Motors programs.
