A STEROID SMUGGLER

One would think that with all the problems facing the federal government in trying to control the smuggling and consumption of hard drugs that they would hesitate to add steroids to their list of evils to combat. What we have here is a handful of empty-headed, puffed-up muscle freaks who are punishing their own bodies and not harming anyone else in the process.
