Work to Begin on Bakersfield Building
Work on the $12-million downtown Bakersfield City Center office building and parking structure will begin immediately, with occupancy scheduled for next April, according to the city’s Central District Development Agency.
The seven-story building and 363-space parking structure is a joint project of the agency and Mosesian Development Corp., of Bakersfield. Hoover Associates of Palo Alto is the architect.
