Here are city and county measures as they will appear on Tuesday’s ballot:
COUNTY

INITIATIVE ORDINANCE AND AMENDMENTS TO GENERAL PLAN: GROWTH, FACILITIES AND SERVICES CONTROL. Shall the initiative measure entitled Citizens’ Sensible Growth and Traffic Control Initiative, which would require certain levels of road, park and flood control facilities and certain levels of sheriff, fire, and paramedic services in order to permit certain types of development projects be approved?
PROPOSED CITY OF DANA POINT INCORPORATION

Shall the order adopted on March 8, 1988, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange ordering the incorporation of the territory described in the order and designated in the order as the Incorporation of the City of Dana Point subject to the terms and conditions specified in the order, including the establishment of an appropriation limit for the City of Dana Point of $25,000,000 and the continuance as city taxes of the sales and use tax, transient occupancy, the real property transfer tax, and other general taxes presently imposed by the county and using the same manner of collection, be confirmed?
CITY OF IRVINE

Shall the measure directing the amendment of the Conservation and Open Space and Land Use Element to the City of Irvine General Plan be adopted?

Shall the amendment to the Irvine City Charter establishing procedures for filling vacancies in the office of Council Member be adopted?
CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE

Shall the ordinance adopting the San Clemente Citizens’ Sensible Growth and Traffic Control Initiative be adopted?
CITY OF SEAL BEACH

Shall the Citizens’ Sensible Growth and Traffic Control Amendment and Ordinance be adopted?
CITY OF WESTMINSTER

WESTMINSTER MOBILE HOME RENTAL STABILIZATION ORDINANCE. Shall the Ordinance which would Control Rent on Mobile Home Spaces and Mandate the City to Administer, Regulate and Enforce said Ordinance, be adopted?
FISCAL IMPACT: Added costs to the City, provides no additional revenues.
ROSSMOOR COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT

Shall the ordinance be adopted authorizing the Rossmoor Community Services District to provide for the maintenance of Parkway Trees including but not limited to aesthetic trimming, treatment for diseases and/or insects, and the removal, replacement, or planting of Parkway Trees or the approval of trimming, treatment, removal, replacement, or planting of Parkway Trees by any person?
