A search was under way for a twin-engine Cessna 421 missing since the weekend when it took off from Rialto for the California-Nevada border with four people aboard, authorities said. The plane left the San Bernardino County city Sunday afternoon, Civil Air Patrol Maj. Henry Saffold said. The aircraft was believed to be en route to Truckee in the Sierra Nevada.
