California’s Budget Shortfall

In response to your editorial “Yo-Yos and Taxes,” May 20:

Hey, Sacramento! Keep it simple. Regain some of that anticipated $2 billion shortfall. Recall the rebate! I’d gladly return my $42 share of last year’s “windfall”!
