Utah Jazz officials will work with reserve forward Kelly Tripucka and his agent to see if they can find another team to take the seven-year veteran, Jazz President David Checketts said.
Tripucka, who joined the Jazz in the trade that sent Adrian Dantley to the Detroit Pistons, averaged a then-career-low 10.1 points last season. This year, he averaged only 7.5 points in 49 games.
In the just-concluded playoff series with the Lakers, Tripucka played nine minutes in seven games.
