Local News in Brief : Buena Park : Language Development Center in Open House

The Orange County Speech & Language Development Center will observe 33 years of work with neurologically handicapped children and young adults Wednesday with an open house.
The celebration, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at 8699 Holder St., will also be honoring “May Is Better Hearing and Speech Month,” a national observance of which President Reagan is national chairman.
Awards will be presented to Assemblywoman Doris Allen (R-Cypress) and Sen. John Seymour (R-Anaheim) and to the California Speech-Hearing-Language Assn.
The center’s high school aerobics dance team will also perform during the short program.
