Rolland L. Johns has been named vice president-sales for the concrete/aggregates division of CalMat Co., a Los Angeles producer of cement, aggregates, concrete and asphalt and a developer of commercial and industrial properties in Southern California and Arizona. Johns previously was vice president at Vulcan Materials.
