Solitec has announced that Nicholas M. Maier, 33, has been promoted to vice president and general manager of the Santa Clara company’s Lithography Group, a new position. Maier joined Solitec in 1985 and had most recently been director of sales for the Lithography Group. Solitec is a manufacturer of production equipment for the semiconductor industry.
