Racquetball Tournament Starts Today

More than 100 players will compete in the Men’s 45 National Hard Court racquetball tournament starting today at 8:30 a.m. at the Lindborg Racquet Club in Huntington Beach.

The tournament, which is for men 45-54 years of age, will run seven days. The singles and doubles championships are scheduled for Sunday. The top-seeded players in the singles draw are Jim Perly, a top player in the 35-44 division last season, Billy Higgins, who won the tournament in 1986, Bob Siska and Lynn Saputo.
