Reynolds’ Team Claims District Tennis Title

Traci Reynolds, a graduate of Irvine High School now at Point Loma Nazarene College, and her partner, Melinda Ainslie, won the NAIA District 3 women’s doubles tennis championship Saturday.
Reynolds and Ainslie defeated Westmont College’s Carolyn Clayton and Raquel Phillips, the top-seeded doubles team, 6-4, 6-2, at Biola College.
Ainslie and Reynolds will represent the district in doubles competition at the NAIA championships in Kansas City, Mo., May 23.
