Larwin Retains Planner to Design Lancaster Project

Larwin Construction Corp., Encino, has retained Azeka De Almeida Planning Inc., Costa Mesa, to develop the master plan for Del Sur Ranch, a proposed 880-acre mixed-use community in Lancaster.
The development will include up to 2,400 single-family detached houses as well as commercial and retail space and two school sites.
Mike Azeka, principal of the planning firm, said, “through proper community design, we can help control at least some of the area’s future traffic.”
