One Pacific Tower Completed in Huntington Beach

The $30-million, 12-story One Pacific Tower at 7755 Center Ave., Huntington Beach, has been completed.
A development of Cavan Associates Ltd., Huntington Beach, the building was designed by Leason Pomeroy Associates Architects, Orange. McCarthy Western Construction, Irvine, was general contractor.
The tower is located in the 11.5-acre One Pacific Plaza.
