Disney Co. Leases in Burbank Building

The Walt Disney Co. has signed a $3-million lease for 43,000 square feet in the 2600 W. Olive Building in Burbank, and plans to take occupancy this month.
The Disney move brings the building to a 100% occupancy, according to a spokesman for Beitler Commercial Realty Services, which represented landlord and tenant in the transaction.The project, a 145,000-square-foot structure, is a development of CMS Development Co.
