Wood River Capital Cuts Holdings in Centex to 3.1%

Wood River Capital, a Centex Telemanagement shareholder, sold 1.5 million common shares of Centex, reducing its stake from 20.75 to 3.1%, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
The sale was part of a shareholder offering for which San Francisco-based Centex registered 3 million shares with SEC. Shareholders other than Wood River sold another 1 million, according to the filing.
