Reagan to Give Address at Coast Guard Academy

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will fly to New London, Conn., next Wednesday to deliver a commencement address at the Coast Guard Academy, White House spokesman Marlin Fitzwater announced Tuesday. Fitzwater said Reagan will discuss the Coast Guard’s role in the fight against drug trafficking.
