Ricoh Electronics Inc., a subsidiary of Japan’s Ricoh Corp., plans to build a $90 million manufacturing plant in Gwinnett County, Ga., to produce supplies for office copiers. Irvine-based Ricoh Electronics operates plants in Santa Ana and Irvine and is building a third county plant in Tustin. The Georgia plant will be Ricoh’s first in the eastern United States and will serve the Northeast and the South.
