An Anaheim man was killed Friday on a Laguna Hills construction site after he fell off a forklift and was run over, authorities said.
Todd Nichols, 23, was helping steady a load of drywall sheets on a forklift in the Glenwood Homes development, off Moulton Parkway about a mile north of Alicia Parkway, when he fell off, California Highway Patrol Officer Ken Daily said.
Nichols was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, which occurred shortly after 10 a.m.
