“Winnie the Pooh” and new “Beany and Cecil” cartoons highlight ABC’s Saturday-morning kidvid schedule for the 1988-89 season, announced by the network this week. “Pooh,” produced by Walt Disney Productions, originally aired on the Disney cable channel. Another new addition: “A Pup Named Scooby Doo,” a “prequel” to “Scooby Doo,” starring the animated canine detective as a puppy.
