General Dynamics has reached an agreement to sell its Cessna Fluid Power unit to Eaton Corp. as part of its continuing business plan to focus on defense and aerospace programs. The price of the deal was not disclosed by St. Louis-based General Dynamics. Cessna Fluid Power, based in Hutchinson, Kan., is part of Cessna Aircraft Co. In operation since 1940, Cessna Fluid Power builds hydraulic components primarily for agricultural uses.
