Robert Barber has been appointed executive vice president-sales of Wellington-Ross Insurance Services, Los Angeles. Barber previously was senior vice president at Mission Insurance Group. The firm also named James A. Kelch executive vice president-operations. Kelch previously was Los Angeles branch manager and senior vice president at Jardine, Emett & Chandler.
