L. Douglas Smith has been named vice president-manufacturing at MicroComputer Accessories Inc., a Los Angeles designer, manufacturer and marketer of personal computer accessories. Smith previously was manufacturing manager for Ramcom Systems Inc., a maker of computer equipment.
